End-user license agreement

Sugarshack Hub (registered with Intuit as "Sugarshack Financials") is proprietary software owned and operated by Sugarshack Media LLC for its own internal use. Access is granted only to people Sugarshack authorizes (its staff, and contractors it invites such as sound and lighting engineers), and only for Sugarshack business.

Use

Authorized users may view the pages their role allows. Users may not share their access, copy the software, share other people's information they see in it (such as schedules or advance documents) outside Sugarshack work, or use it for any purpose other than Sugarshack's internal reporting and operations. Sugarshack may change or end any user's access at any time.

Crew pay

Pay shown to crew for a shift is what Sugarshack expects to pay. It is not an invoice or a contract; final amounts are confirmed at settlement.

QuickBooks data

The app reads accounting data from QuickBooks Online with read-only access granted by a Sugarshack administrator. That access can be revoked at any time from the app's Settings page or from within QuickBooks.

No warranty

The software is provided as is. Reports are management information and are not a substitute for the books of record in QuickBooks or for professional accounting or tax advice.
